The darkness of this story chilled my heart, yet the harmony of the words and images was somehow beautiful, even despite the raw, gritty realism they portrayed. I think it's an amazing blend of some very powerful themes--horror, sex, vengeance--and I can't think of any two artists more suited to pull this off than you two. Flawlessly written, magnificently illustrated, and seamlessly interwoven. Excellent job, Anne and Lucifer! You couldn't disappoint an audience if you tried.
